This guide is for Course Providers who want to create and submit a new course on the AnyLicence platform.
Before You Begin
- Ensure you have an active Course Provider account.
- Log in using your registered email address and password.
- Have your course information ready before creating a new course.
Log in to Your Course Provider Account
- Visit the AnyLicence website.
- Click Login.
- Select Course Provider Login.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Login.
After successfully signing in, you will be taken directly to the Course Provider Dashboard.
Open the Course Dashboard
The dashboard displays all of your existing courses and allows you to create new ones.
- Locate the + Add Course button.
- Click the button to open the course submission form.
Complete the Course Information
Fill in all required fields marked with an asterisk (*).
- Category – Select the appropriate course category.
- Suburb – Choose the suburb where the course is offered.
- State – Enter the applicable Australian state.
- Price – Enter the course fee.
- Course Name – Enter the course title.
- Seats – Specify the number of available places.
- Course URL – Enter the course webpage or booking link.
- Course Type – Select the course schedule type.
- Start Date – Choose the course start date.
- End Date – Choose the course end date.
Add Additional Course Sessions (Optional)
If your course has multiple schedules or sessions, click + Add More to create additional entries before submitting.
Submit Your Course
- Review all course information.
- Click Submit for Approval.
Your course will be submitted to the AnyLicence team for review.
What Happens Next?
Once submitted, your course enters the approval process.
- Your submission will be reviewed by the AnyLicence team.
- If approved, your course will become visible on the platform.
- Learners will then be able to discover and enrol in your course.

- Double-check all course details before submitting.
- Make sure your Course URL is correct and accessible.
- Keep your course dates and pricing up to date.
- Ensure the number of available seats is accurate.
