Fast Cashout allows instructors to receive their available earnings instantly instead of waiting for the regular weekly payout cycle. This feature becomes available once your Stripe account has been successfully connected and verified.
How Fast Cashout Works
- Your available balance is transferred directly to your connected Stripe bank account.
- Funds typically arrive within a few hours during business hours, depending on your bank and Stripe processing times.
- A small processing fee applies to each Fast Cashout request.
- Fast Cashout is optional and does not replace the regular weekly payout schedule.
When You Can Use Fast Cashout
You can request a Fast Cashout when:
- You have an Available Balance in your Instructor Wallet.
- Your Stripe account has been fully verified.
- Your earnings are not part of a pending, disputed, or locked booking.
How to Use Fast Cashout
- Log in to your Instructor account.
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Locate your Available Balance.
- Click Fast Cashout.
- Review and confirm the payout amount.
- Submit your request.
Once processed, your funds will be transferred to your connected bank account.
Included in Fast Cashout
- Completed driving lessons.
- Learner No-Show payments (where valid supporting evidence has been approved).
- Test package earnings.
- Any cleared earnings that are available for withdrawal.
Not Included in Fast Cashout
- Bookings still within the 24-hour booking lock period.
- Cancelled lessons.
- Instructor No-Show bookings.
- Earnings that are pending verification, review, or dispute resolution.
