Before you can start accepting lesson bookings and receiving payouts, you must complete both your Identity & Document Verification and Stripe Account Verification.
A. Identity & Document Verification
During the registration process, you'll be required to upload the following documents for review:
- Driver Licence
- Blue Card (if applicable)
- Certificate IV in Motor Vehicle Training
- Current Insurance (Certificate of Currency)
- Industry Authority Card
- Proof of Identity
- Vehicle Registration
- Vehicle Inspection Certificate
How to Upload Your Documents
- Log in to your Instructor account.
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Open the Verification section.
- Upload each required document.
- Submit your documents for review.
Once all required documents have been reviewed and approved, your Instructor profile will be activated.
B. Stripe Account Verification (Required for Payouts)
To receive payments for completed lessons, you must connect and verify your Stripe account. Stripe securely verifies your identity and transfers your earnings directly to your nominated bank account.
How to Complete Stripe Verification
- During sign-up, click Connect Stripe Account.
- Enter your personal details.
- Add your nominated bank account information.
- Submit your verification.
- Wait for Stripe to confirm that your account has been successfully verified.
Important Information
- Your instructor profile will only become active after your required documents have been approved.
- A verified Stripe account is required before you can receive payouts.
- Without Stripe verification, payments for completed lessons cannot be transferred to your bank account.
