If there is a disagreement between an instructor and a learner, AnyLicence will review the situation and make a decision based on our platform policies. Every dispute is reviewed manually to ensure a fair, transparent, and accurate outcome.
How Disputes Are Reviewed
During the review process, AnyLicence may:
- Review the booking details.
- Check communication between the instructor and learner.
- Assess any photos, screenshots, or other uploaded evidence.
- Compare the situation against AnyLicence policies.
- Contact both the instructor and learner if additional information is required.
Our goal is to provide a fair and impartial outcome for everyone involved.
Instructor's Right to Provide Evidence
Before a decision is made, instructors are always given the opportunity to provide supporting evidence, including:
- Photos.
- Screenshots.
- Call logs.
- Chat or message history.
- A written explanation of what happened.
- Any other relevant supporting evidence.
No decision is made without giving the instructor an opportunity to respond.
Situations That May Lead to a Dispute
- A learner claims the instructor did not attend the lesson.
- An instructor claims the learner did not attend the lesson.
- A disagreement about the instructor's arrival time.
- A disagreement about the lesson location.
- An incorrect No-Show marking.
- Miscommunication regarding a rescheduled lesson.
- Concerns about lesson quality or professional conduct.
How Decisions Are Made
Every dispute is assessed using:
- AnyLicence platform policies.
- Evidence provided by both parties.
- Booking history.
- Communication records.
- Fairness and learner safety considerations.
Once the review is complete, the appropriate outcome will be applied. This may include a refund, payment release, booking adjustment, or another action based on the evidence.
